Designing and implementing control algorithms, including kinematics, dynamics, and system identification
Configuring motion control systems for robot manipulation
Defining requirements and functionalities for motor control software
Optimizing position and force-based control systems using feedback data from Force/Torque sensors, encoders, etc.
What we are looking for:
Master’s or PhD degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or Computer Science
Extensive experience in configuring and optimizing motor control systems (e.g., Maxon motors, Elmo/EPOS drivers)
Strong analytical skills for system identification and complex control environments
Nice to have:
Experience in R&D or mass production development of robot actuators or electrical components
Proven ability to implement control logic using MATLAB/Simulink
Deep expertise in motor control algorithm optimization and stability analysis
