Partner Manager

CarbonSix Korea is a deep-tech startup developing AI-powered robotic hands and automation solutions, growing rapidly alongside our U.S. headquarters, CarbonSix, Inc.

Our core product, SigmaKit, is a brand-agnostic robot teaching solution that works across robot arms from any manufacturer. Since most of our growth will come through system integrators, gripper makers, and robot OEM partners rather than direct sales, we’re looking for our first dedicated Partner Manager to build this channel from the ground up.

How you will make an impact:

• Build CarbonSix Korea’s partner channel — recruit, onboard, and grow system integrators, Factory Automation, and robot OEM partners.
• Design and operate a structured partner programs - so partners can independently sell and deploy SigmaKit.
• Support partners through PoCs and deal cycles to turn relationships into real pipeline, not just contacts on paper.
• Own the metrics that matter: signed partners, PoCs in progress, and partner-driven revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner Recruiting & Onboarding

• Identify, prioritize, and onboard partners across three channels: system integrators, Factory Automation, and robot OEM programs
• Negotiate partner terms (tier, margin, territory) and evaluate fit based on customer reach, deal velocity, and financial health

Partner Enablement & Deal Support

• Build partner-facing sales assets and run certification/training programs
• Support partners through technical PoCs and deployments without directly running the integration work
• Track partner pipeline and performance, and resolve channel conflicts as they come up

Program & OEM Management

• Run a regular partner review cadence, adjusting tiers and incentives based on performance
• Drive registration in OEM partner programs (UR+, ABB+, FANUC ASI), coordinating with engineering on technical requirements

Who You Are:

• 10+ years in system integration for robotics/industrial automation, or partner/channel management at a robotics or automation vendor
• Hands-on experience in at least two of: partner sourcing, onboarding, enablement, or performance management
• Practical understanding of how robot arms, cobots, and automation are integrated in the field
• Familiarity with B2B industrial sales cycles (quote → PoC → contract → deployment)
• Comfortable traveling frequently to meet partners and visit customer sites

Nice to have:

• Experience registering products in OEM partner programs such as UR+, ABB+, or FANUC ASI
• Existing network among Robot Solution, Factory Automation or machine vision companies
• Experience building a channel function from scratch at a startup
• Working proficiency in English for global OEM and overseas partner communication
